Ingredients: Sausage 43% (pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavors and spices, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium lactate, preservative: potassium nitrate, acidity regulator: sodium acetate , colouring: beetroot red), tomato puree 17%, white wine, double tomato concentrate, onion, celery, olive oil, carrot 2%, brandy, sugar, vegetable broth preparation (salt, potato, powdered yeast extract , potato maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, dehydrated carrot, natural flavourings), spices and aromatic paints, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.

The Company: Bianca and Virginio Longoni, in the 1920s, opened two delicatessens in Milan which soon became among the most prestigious in the city, so much so that they regularly supplied delicacies of all kinds to the Royal Household. During the Second World War both shops were bombed and Mrs. Bianca, widowed, moved to Molteno to her country house. There she founded a canning company which, until the end of the war, produced canned meat for the army. At the end of the conflict, Bianca Longoni put her experience and delicious recipes at the service of the new company and, with the help of her children, she dedicated herself to the canned food sector. In 1964 Mr. Mario Longoni, nephew of the White Lady, took the reins, naming the company after him. Thus Mariolino was born, producing and trading vegetable preserves, prepared by hand using ancient recipes. Riva Alimentari Uniti was founded in 2011, after decades of experience in the food field by the Riva family. In addition to the production of fresh products, Riva Alimentari Uniti has taken over the reins of the Mariolino brand with the desire to renew the care and passion that has always distinguished Mariolino products. In 2021 the new Nibionno plant is completed with advanced technologies and innovative production and logistics solutions dedicating specific departments to each of the activities.
