Gin - Blue Mauritius
 
Gin is made from sugar cane distillate. Locally grown ingredients such as herbs and citrus fruits were used for the production.
The bottles were filled with 40% alcohol. Each bottle has an ornate neck with a medallion attached to a blue leather cord.

Tasting Notes: Clear, crystalline colour, bouquet of lemon, juniper, rosemary and aromatic herbs. Delicate and sweet taste, juniper, citrus and flowers.
