Cantina Sabauda guarantees secure shipments within 24-48 working hours of receipt of the order, if all products ordered are immediately available in stock. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday. To guarantee freshness and quality, some products are ordered periodically in small quantities. If some of the products ordered are not available or are in the assortment from the manufacturer (6-10 or 7-14 working days), if not indicated in the summary email, you will be contacted by Customer Service. In order to be able to guarantee a mailing service with a tracked courier and with the best value for money, shipment develops as follows: within 24-48 working hours of the order being processed at our warehouses, the shipping service will send you via email a link to access the tracking of the shipment, so that you can receive real-time updates on the delivery. Although Cantina Sabauda provides your telephone number to the freight forwarder to contact you, it is not possible to guarantee that this will happen, as the shipping service is external to our systems and is not directly dependent on us, for these reasons the telephone contact will only take place at the discretion of the driver who will physically take care of the delivery. In the standard service, it is not possible to specify any preferred delivery times. However, it is possible, on specific request, to use additional services such as priority delivery, flat delivery or by appointment.

 

Dispatch address

Cantina Sabauda delivers directly to the address indicated by the customers at the time of ordering, therefore please pay close attention to the address entered during the order confirmation.

 

Tracking

More precise information on delivery times will be available in the email containing the tracking of the shipment. It is sent automatically by the shipping service when the order is processed. Cantina Sabauda does not assume responsibility for any damages and/or wilful acts occurring during transport. They are solely attributable to the delivery service. In any case, Cantina Sabauda customer service is available to meet the needs of the Customer.

 

Packaging

Cantina Sabauda pays particular attention to the packaging of the products, our operators pack them according to the type and size with dedicated packaging. Each product is assembled in the carton and divided from the rest of the order through special packaging, boxed and shipped by courier. We try to reduce the environmental impact by reusing packaging from our Manufacturers and waste material from the textile company "Polar Workshop". Buy a new packaging only if you need it.

 

Non-delivery

For delivery, the Customer or a person in charge must be present at the address indicated on the order. If the Customer or the person in charge is absent or insolvent, the Customer will be charged (also against subsequent expenses) for the cost of delivery, for any stocks and for the products no longer available for sale to third parties.

Cantina Sabauda is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the courier or objectively caused by third parties (e.g. strikes, bad weather, catastrophes).

Upon receipt of the parcel, the Customer is asked to check:

the number of packages indicated on the consignment note, DDT or invoice is actually the number delivered;

the parcel is intact and undamaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier indicating on the signed consignment note for collection the words "WITHDRAWN WITH RESERVATION", otherwise the parcel is deemed to have been delivered correctly.

Prices and payment arrangements

The prices of the products quoted in euro (€) in the various sections of this website www.cantinasabauda.com are inclusive of VAT.

Any shipping and delivery costs will be specified at the time of order confirmation and prior to payment.

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order by the customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated on the site from time to time cancel and replace those previously indicated.

The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order, through:

Right of withdrawal, exceptions and return policies

Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to give any reason, within 14 working days of the dispatch and/or delivery of the product ordered (or the last product, lot or piece in the case of goods, lots or multiple pieces delivered separately) or of the conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the relevant notice must be sent before the expiry of the period of 14 working days and the product must be returned to the headquarters of Cantina Sabauda, Via Oropa 76, 10153 Turin.
For more information on the right of withdrawal and operating instructions, please contact Cantina Sabauda Customer Service. Each bottle had its own storage history and was checked before being sold by the Cantina Sabauda team. However, for the bottles we have kept for many years, we cannot guarantee that the wine is still perfectly preserved. Cantina Sabauda guarantees that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described in the description and picture on the product page. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.
Effects of the exercise of the right of withdrawal
All payments received in relation to the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised will be refunded, within 14 days of receipt of such product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no costs will be incurred as a result of such refund. You are obliged to return the products to the registered office of Cantina Sabauda within 14 working days from the day on which you are notified of the withdrawal, bearing the direct costs of returning the products. There is the possibility of being held liable for a decrease in the value of assets resulting from manipulation of the assets (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the assets).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of:
- the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of the supply of products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods,
- supply of custom-made or clearly personalised goods;
- the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly,
- service contracts after the complete provision of the service by Cantina Sabauda, expressly allowing the execution of the service by Cantina Sabauda, the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract is accepted;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed when the sales contract is concluded, which cannot be delivered until 30 days later and the actual value of which depends on market fluctuations beyond Cantina Sabauda's control.

Return policies
In addition to legal rights, products sold by Cantina Sabauda may be returned to Cantina Sabauda within 14 days of delivery, subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal, provided they are intact and under the same conditions as they were delivered. To return a product, write or call us. Cantina Sabauda will only refund the price paid for the purchase. We will not refund the shipping costs incurred to receive the item you are returning. The risks arising from the shipping and the costs of the return will be your sole responsibility. These terms are additional and do not affect your legal rights or the right of withdrawal within 14 days described above.

If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he/she will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
