Soft dough, free of candied orange pieces, rich in butter, only sourdough.

Covered with delicious hazelnut glaze and granulated sugar.


Origin: Italy, Piedmont

Format: 900g

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, fresh egg yolk, icing (sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, rice flour), candied orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar ), Natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), Invert sugar syrup, Decoration with granulated sugar, Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, Salt, Natural orange flavouring.

Allergens: Hazelnuts. May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, soya and mustard.


The Pastry Shop: Gilber boasts a long confectionery tradition that began in 1965 in a small laboratory in Turin thanks to the passion, skill and enthusiasm of young master pastry chefs. Subsequently, it transformed into a modern family-run business. Gilber's activity has always been based on confectionery production that is inspired by and harks back to methods typical of the Piedmontese pastry making tradition. The pride of Gilber's production has always been the "Piemontese" panettone with the characteristic hazelnut and almond glaze; rich in raw materials, it is the result of a delicate process based on natural leavening. In fact, in the Turin laboratory, only Natural Mother Yeast is used, a leavening process that requires more than 48 hours and carefully selected raw materials.
