Vodka Abyssal - Williams Humbert
 
Abyssal Vodka was born after years of careful research conducted by Bodegas Williams & Humbert. The result of the meeting between latest generation distillation techniques and ancient production methods, it represents a precious and one-of-a-kind distillate. Abyssal Vodka owes its exceptional nature to the raw material chosen to make it: unlike classic vodka, it does not derive from the distillation of cereals, but from a fragrant Oloroso-type sherry wine coming from Jerez designation of origin vines. To obtain this vodka of extraordinary quality, the wine is subjected to triple distillation at 74° degrees.

Tasting Notes: Transparent and crystalline. On the nose it is rich and complex, with strong spicy notes. On the palate it is well structured, full-bodied, fine and velvety.

Distillery: Bodega Williams & Humbert was founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, is recognized as one of the most prestigious wineries in Jerez and is renowned worldwide for the production of Sherry. The Bodegas Williamas & Humbert facilities, believed to be the largest in Europe, are made up of a complex of buildings connected to each other, which occupy an area of approximately 180,000 square metres. Bodegas products combine tradition and savoir-faire acquired over the centuries, expressed by the quality of its prestigious labels. The cellar still preserves wines and brandies dating back to the time of its foundation and has obtained the National Architecture Award.
