  • Can minors use the Cantina Sabauda Services?
    Purchases on Cantina Sabauda are reserved exclusively for Italian citizens who have reached the age of 18. The purchaser of foreign nationality can purchase on Cantina Sabauda only if he/she has reached the age of majority according to his/her national law. If there is no legislation in this respect, he/she must be over 21 years of age.
  • Where is the invoice located? How can I receive a copy?
    In order to respect the environment and nature, we have chosen to use only electronic invoices. The invoices will be sent to the e-mail or PEC address you have provided to Cantina Sabauda.   • Is it possible to cancel an order placed?
    After the order has been placed and shipped or after three hours of purchase, it is no longer possible to cancel it. For problems related to the purchase phase, please contact us at info@cantinasabauda.com and describe briefly what happened with the subject line "Order no..".
  • Is it possible to track the shipment of orders?
    It depends on the third-party couriers that Cantina Sabauda relies on. Usually for short-distance shipments this option is not possible. If it is possible to track the order, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided to Cantina Sabauda.
  • Is it possible to sell vintage and 'Vintage' bottles at Cantina Sabauda?
    Cantina Sabauda is constantly looking for vintage bottles to place in its Cantina. To sell, receive conditions or information about the sales account, contact Cantina Sabauda at info@cantinasabauda.com with the subject "Vintage Bottles".

  • What happens when I close my account?
    Once your account is closed, it will no longer be accessible to you or anyone else; you will no longer be able to access your order history or print a proof of purchase or invoice. This will also apply to any related accounts, products and services that you access through your email address and password on all Cantina Sabauda websites. Closing your account permanently means you won't have access products and services associated with your closed account, including: • Your customer profile, including, reviews, chat posts, returns and refunds on orders • Your Affiliate Programme account and all your Sabaude Lire • Display of the order history and the sending of complaints according to the warranty of Cantina Sabauda. • Purchases made using Cantina Sabauda, which have not yet been invoiced and are not completed before the Cantina Sabauda account is closed, may still be charged based on the Seller's shipping time. • You will not be able to spend the remaining balance of the Coupons or Lire Sabaude. • You can check your remaining balance from your account. You will no longer be able to use other Coupons or Lire Sabaude Cantina Sabauda. • Coupons or Lire Sabaude that you have sent to other customers will still be usable from their accounts. Note: Following the closure of your account, some information may be retained based on our ratings.
