Tasting Notes: Its color is straw yellow, with greenish reflections. By smell, you can perceive the aromas of fresh fruit, such as peach, apple and banana. It does not present itself as a simple wine, but by tasting it, you can feel the complexity of its structure. In fact, it gives freshness, thanks to its soft acidity, but at the same time remains harmonious and sensual on the palate.
Pairings: It is the ideal companion for fish dishes, fresh appetizers and aperitifs, but is also an excellent pairing for vegetable dishes, white meats and cheeses.
The Cellar: A story that begins in 1862 in Canale. The origins of the Rabino family date back to the Middle Ages, the settlement in the Roero, in the same lands that are still owned by the family today, followed their removal from the Alta Langa due to the frequent barbarian incursions. Wine production began in the mid-19th century with a small production reserved for family and friends: a passion that still did not represent a profit. Luigi Rabino, grandfather of the current owner and subsequent descendants, will then market the wines. Already during the period preceding the world wars, many of the varieties still produced were bottled. Sharing, overcoming difficult historical moments of the 20th century and increased demand have made the company today a Roero reality with diversified and almost fully self-sustainable production.
