Preparation for Citrus Risotto - The Wild Cherries

Origin: Italy, Piedmont
Format: 300g
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, 5% citrus fruits (freeze-dried lemon and orange peel), onion, natural flavourings.

Preparation method: In a large pan with a drizzle of already hot oil, pour the "risotto preparation" and brown for 1 minute over a moderate heat. Stirring constantly, pour in half a glass of water (or white wine) and let it evaporate. Pour 700 ml of hot water little by little and leave to dry completely (15 min). Regular sales galore. Add a knob of butter, mix for 1 minute.

The Cooperative: The Wild Cherries was founded in 2011, in the province of Cuneo. Hilly plot of approximately 4 hectares in the municipality of Manta, used for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables; laboratory with transformation of agricultural products in Verzuolo.
