Quiet, non-aromatic dry red with high odor intensity, sustained structure. Aging for 3 years, of which refinement for at least 12 months in large oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Garnet red with light orange reflections. Perfume with light under-spirit notes and dried flowers, broad notes of sweet spices, cinnamon, liquorice root and cocoa aroma. Very soft in the mouth, harmonious and balanced, high sweetness of the tannins.
 
Pairings: Excellent with even very demanding courses with first and second courses of game, tasty cheeses.
 
The Cellar: Founded in 1960 by a group of 10 resident winemakers. The "Cellar of the Nebbiolo Producers of Carema", through its excellent product, intends to contemplate the protection and enhancement of the wine culture linked to the important wine-growing activity in the environment that supports it. Particular and unique landscape, dominated by the renowned terraces on which the pergola-cultivated vineyards live, supported by the characteristic "Pilun" in stone and lime. The production of Carema is limited only to the municipality of the same name, currently covering an area of approximately 13 hectares and has been registered in the DOC register since 1967.
