Tasting Notes: Fairly intense ruby red with garnet tones. Hints of vanilla, chestnut jam, cocoa, coffee grounds, tobacco.
 
Pairings: Perfect even with very demanding courses such as first and second courses of game, mature, non-spicy cheeses.
 
The Cellar: Founded in 1960 by a group of 10 resident winemakers. The "Cellar of the Nebbiolo Producers of Carema", through its excellent product, intends to contemplate the protection and enhancement of the wine culture linked to the important wine-growing activity in the environment that supports it. Particular and unique landscape, dominated by the renowned terraces on which the pergola-cultivated vineyards live, supported by the characteristic "Pilun" in stone and lime. The production of Carema is limited only to the municipality of the same name, currently covering an area of approximately 13 hectares and has been registered in the DOC register since 1967.
