Pfitscher's Müller Thurgau comes from the Langefeld vineyard, a plot located about five hundred meters above sea level overlooking the small village of Montagna. Vinified and left to mature for a few months in steel at a controlled temperature, it is a wine that doesactically describes the typology, that aromatic vine that has found its place of choice in Alto Adige and where it always manages to express itself with great delicacy and elegance.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, fascinating nose thanks to delicate fruity notes embellished with hints of nutmeg and almond. Aromatic, intense, characterized by a slight acidity, it is a surprising tasting experience before a finish that conquers with flavour. Very persistent.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, Pfitscher's Müller Thurgau is an ideal white wine to accompany fish and shellfish-based appetizers.
The Cellar: Winemakers by passion: this is how we could summarize the spirit that animates the Pfitschers, a South Tyrolean family that deals with viticulture with tireless commitment and total dedication. We are in Montagna, just south of Bolzano, in Alto Adige. The Pfitscher family cellar is, in fact, certified "CasaClima Wine", a seal that evaluates the environmental compatibility of the building, the living comfort, the consumption of energy and water in the production of wines, from the choice of packaging to the impact of their transportation. Currently, there are approximately seven hectares of vineyards managed by the winery, which can boast some of the best plots in the entire southern area of Alto Agide. Between the rows, the management of the plants is conventional, but the main objective is never lost sight of: reducing any artificial intervention to a minimum, in order to harvest pure, concentrated and natural grapes.
