 Tasting Notes: Clear, crystalline color. Aroma: characteristic of juniper berries, with a distinct and persistent peach aroma. On the palate: the peach flavor is persistent and pairs harmoniously with the freshness of the juniper berries. The mango adds an exotic, slightly acidic touch. A delicate and smooth distillate, with fruity notes that are decidedly persistent when used in blends.

 Production: Infusion of botanicals in an alcoholic solution for 20 days. Subsequent distillation in a pot still, using a steam boiler and a copper still. Final infusion of Clitoria flowers.
