Tasting Notes: Deep and intense golden yellow color. On the nose it expresses an intense, broad, slightly aromatic aroma, with a hint of honey. In the mouth it is soft, sweet, warm, round, recalling the olfactory sensations.
Pairings: Excellent at the end of a meal accompanied by typical Sicilian desserts, such as cannoli, Sicilian cassata and almond desserts.
