Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC - Casino Murri
Pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, a varietal located in the hills of the province of Chieti. The destemmed bunches, after the addition of selected yeasts, are fermented in stainless steel tanks; the floating cap created by the skins is kept constantly moist. After fermentation, after 8 days, the skins are sprayed for another 8-10 days to extract all the beneficial substances. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
