 Hinotori 5 Years Old is a blended Japanese whisky produced on the island of Honshu in a limited edition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the small artisanal distillery Hinotori, which means Phoenix in Japanese, like the one depicted on the bottle. It is a select blend of grain and malt whiskies aged for five years in American oak barrels.
