 Tasting Notes: The grain alcohol and Alpine water base form the foundation from which the balsamic aromas of juniper emerge alongside an elegant undertone of Damask rose flowers, complemented by fresh notes of lemon peel and the intense aroma of sage. When tasted, Engine Gin maintains an optimal correlation between taste and aroma, with a slightly bitter final note provided by the sage leaves. Finally, the sweetness of the licorice root provides the perfect balance.

 Distillery: Distributed exclusively by Velier, the new gin is born from the two passions of its creator and brand founder, Paolo Dalla Mora, an entrepreneur and consultant in the fashion and spirits industries, and the founder of the Campamac restaurant in Barbaresco: the Italian, and particularly Piedmontese, spirits tradition and the world of motorsports. Both passions are honored in the formula and packaging, combining artisanal tradition and a cool image inspired by the world of motorsports and 1980s iconography in a unique way. Engine is a cold compound gin whose formula draws on tradition, paying homage to it in its composition of rosolios, cordials, and liqueurs, made with sage and lemon, which in the past were considered ancient digestive remedies. Ligurian sage and Amalfi Coast lemon peel are the key ingredients of this product, complemented by other ingredients, all strictly organic and sourced from a controlled supply chain and Italian origin: soft grain alcohol, juniper berries, licorice root, Damask rose, and Alpine water.
