Handmade Gin - Alkkemist
 
Alkkemist is an artisanal gin produced by a Spanish alchemist, passionate about gin and above all the flavors of the Mediterranean coast, a gin obtained from 21 botanicals including juniper, fennel, thyme, angelica, cardamom, muscatel grapes, coriander, lemon peel and bitter orange, and many others. The peculiarity of this truly unique product is that it is distilled in the period during which the influence of the Moon is greatest, the basis of the distillation is used a grain alcohol and the actual distillation in a classic copper still.

Tasting Notes: A gin with a crystalline color on the nose and rich in aromas, juniper first and foremost followed by the other botanicals, special mention of the moscatel grape, which gives a unique touch to the gin with that scent of white flowers and fruit.
 
Cocktail: A Gin that we recommend savoring as a base for your Gin & Tonic, or for various other drinks, excellent when drunk neat.
 
The Distillery: Alkkemist gin is handcrafted in a small distillery in Spain. It is the first gin to be produced with sea fennel and muscat grapes. It is distilled 12 times a year, on full moon nights, it is a mix of magic and science. The alcoholic cereal base is distilled three times, the quadruple distillation takes place in a copper still, from which only the heart is extracted which, thanks to an infusion process of 21 Mediterranean botanicals (salicornia, sage, lemongrass, Mahon chamomile, rose, muscat grape, balsam, rock tea, sweet chamomile, thyme, fennel, juniper, angelica, cardamom, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, mint, pennyroyal, cat's tail and agrimony), carefully selected and with the addition of muscat grapes at the end of the process makes the product a work of art with exclusive and unique aromas.
