Handcrafted Blue Gin - Boca
 
Fresh and simple botanicals, for a gin that comes from the hydroalcoholic maceration of juniper, a berry used for centuries for purifying, digestive, balsamic and healing purposes. The strength of juniper, together with a few carefully selected and distilled botanicals, transform a simple infusion into a unique experience. Any sediments and deposits do not affect the characteristics of the product, but attest to its craftsmanship. Ingredients: Alcohol of vegetal origin, water, juniper berries, citrus peels, flavorings and spices.

Tasting Notes: Clear, electric blue colour. Persistent citrus flavour, in contrast with the bitterness of the juniper berries. Hints of coriander, cardamom, Angelica root, Clitoria, Ternatea. Delicate and soft distillate, with decidedly persistent fresh notes when used in mixing.
 
Cocktail: Its color tends to change when mixed to prepare a classic Gin Tonic, which thus takes on fascinating and glamorous nuances. Perfect with Iconic Tonic Water.
 
Production: Infusion of botanicals in alcoholic solution for 20 days. Subsequent distillation in a discontinuous still, using a steam boiler and copper still. Final infusion of Clitoria flowers.
