Grissini al Mais Pignulet - I Galeotti Di Voci Erranti

Pignulet corn breadsticks - I Galeotti Di Voci Erranti

The breadsticks were created as a job opportunity for the inmates of the Saluzzo prison. They are prepared with the desire for redemption and to learn a trade for future social reintegration. The breadsticks are the result of the work of Antonio, Carmine, Enzo, Toni and Vincenzo who, with Lorenza, recover traditional recipes and enhance the local raw materials.

Good, crunchy, handmade with the fragrance of freshly harvested ripe corn.

“If I put them in line they remind me of bars, if I eat them they make me addictive. They are the pinnacle of goodness and lightness!” - Enzo.
