Nebbiolo Grappa - Nebbiolo producers from Carema
Obtained from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, grown by the members of the cooperative in the Carema production area, distilled immediately after harvesting in order to preserve in the grappa those scents and aromas which are more delicate and which better identify the vine of origin. Extraction from the still at approximately 73° alcohol. Nebbiolo grappa is left to rest in stainless steel containers for approximately 6 months before being reduced in strength and bottled.

Tasting Notes: Light colour, crystalline. Broad bouquet, notes from floral to fruity. Harmonious flavor, full and imposing, of great intensity. Persistent aftertaste.
The Cellar: Founded in 1960 by a group of 10 resident winemakers. The Nebbiolo Producers Cellar of Carema, through its excellent product, intends to contemplate the protection and valorization of the wine culture linked to the important wine-growing activity in the environment that supports it. Particular and unique landscape, dominated by the renowned terraces on which the pergola-cultivated vineyards live, supported by the characteristic Pilun in stone and lime. The production of Carema is limited only to the municipality of the same name, currently covering an area of approximately 13 hectares and has been registered in the DOC register since 1967.
