The Distillery: Silent Pool Distillery was founded by some friends on Albury Estate in Surry Hills. This distillery is located next to the mystical Silent Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring waters. To produce this unique and rare citrus gin, Silent Pool uses a special multi-step process.
