 Bimber Kumquat Gin is a bright, crisp, and deliciously refreshing gin made with eight botanicals, including kumquat. Native to China, this rare and naturally small citrus variety grows slowly, producing very large, flavorful fruits.

 Cocktail: This gin is wonderfully versatile: it can be enjoyed in a simple gin & tonic or served with a splash of soda water or ginger ale over ice.

 The Distillery: Gin Bimber Da Hong Pao Roasted Oolong Tea is the latest, sophisticated spirit from this young English distillery. You read that right, English distillery, not Scottish. It's actually a start-up founded by enthusiasts of Polish origins, whose connection to whisky dates back three generations, when the master distiller's grandfather produced his own spirit, called Moonshine, which in Polish translates to Bimber. This passion was passed down to Darius Plazewski from a young age, and blossomed in 2015 when, together with Ewelina, he founded the distillery in London after immigrating there in 2003.
