Silent Pool Gin is born from the infusion of 24 different botanicals into alcohol, including chamomile, roses and citrus fruits. Each ingredient is introduced in a specific phase of production, so as to enhance its aromatic component within the distillate. The distillation is carried out using a still heated by wood and equipped with a rectification column. A one of a kind gin.

Tasting Notes: Crystalline color, it is intense and varied on the nose where the typical notes of juniper blend with the scents of citrus fruits, chamomile and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh and masterfully proportioned in sensations.
 
Cocktail: For a perfect cocktail we recommend serving 50ml of Silent Pool Gin with 150ml of Premium Indian Tonic in a Copa glass. Fill with large ice cubes and garnish with Bergamot.
 
The Distillery: The Silent Pool distillery is located in England near the silent lake, a few steps from the city of Guildford, England. Born on the initiative of a group of friends, it produces gin using lake waters in the distillation process and botanicals such as lime, rose and chamomile. A sustainable and environmentally friendly job that involves different maceration techniques for botanicals based on their aromatic characteristics. The gin produced by Silent Pool is typically rich and structured, fresh and proportionate: a one-of-a-kind product.
