Dry Gin Hapusa Himalayan - Nao Spirits
 
The first Indian gin created by two experienced young entrepreneurs, Anand and Vaibhay, who after three years of experiments, managed to create the first Indian gins. Their story begins in 2015 when they realized that they didn't have a good artisanal gin produced in their home town in their bars and so they decided to found Nao Spirits.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear, the nose expresses itself with hints of oily pine and angelica root, tones of cedar and hints of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is warm and enveloping; closes with a persistent note of spicy spice. Its peculiarity is that it uses exclusively Indian botanicals: juniper berries, ginger, turmeric, lemon and cardamom.
 
Cocktail: Hapusa Himalayan is suitable for giving new and very pleasant nuances to the great Gin-based classics, from GinTonic to Martini Cocktail.
 
The Distillery: Nao Spirits was born in India in 2015, in those years the world was going through a "Gin-aissance" but the quality of Indian artisanal Gins was not yet noteworthy. Nao Spirits, after having carried out in-depth research on the best raw materials and distillation techniques, created the distillery. The latter, whose name in Hindi means "boat", aims to be a trait d'union between contemporary Spirits and Indian inspiration: Gin and India have a strong bond because the Gin Tonic was created right there by the British colonizers. He won the “Double Gold Medal Sip Awards 2020”.
