 The gin's black and white bottle is decorated with a panda bear, a fitting tribute to its name. Beyond its eye-catching appearance, the gin also stands out for its ingredients. This gin's ingredients are 100% organic, demonstrating its high quality and environmental awareness. This gin is the world's first lychee-based gin and is distilled and bottled in Belgium. No artificial additives or sugar are used during the production process. Another hallmark of this gin is the Panda brand's sustainability strategy. The botanicals used in its production include rosemary, cherry, orange peel, lychee, basil, juniper, and star anise.  Distillery: The Panda Gin recipe stems from a love of high-quality spirits and the need to create a completely new product. Months of research were required to find the perfect combination of botanical flavors. They analyzed the molecules of their ingredients, identified their aromatic profiles, and defined the best distillation process. This process allows for precise control over the quality and flavor of the gin. Some of the botanicals, such as juniper berries, are pressed and macerated in basic alcohol before being stilled. They impart depth and roundness, as well as rich, pure flavors. Infusions of lychee, cherry, orange peel, and star anise, among others, give the spirit its vivid, rich, fruity notes. The more delicate botanicals, such as rosemary and basil, are macerated separately. This allows for the elimination of oils and aromatic compounds from the plant material. The botanicals are then filtered and added to the still, which ultimately imparts the gin's herbal notes. They use a pot still—known as an alambics continus—to distill the recipe six times. Outside the still, the alcohol content exceeds 90%. Panda gin contains 0% sugar. They also ensure the individual qualities of the organic berries are preserved. The distillation process ends with the aid of a multi-tray grinding column. This precise control allows for the final recipe to be perfectly balanced. They produce everything on-site, from distillation to bottling. Since its creation in 2017, Panda Gin has never ceased to amaze professionals and amateurs alike. They proudly wear the double gold medal from the famous CWSA 2020 competition, the two stars of ITQI 2018, the bronze medal at the WORD Gin AWARDS 2021, the IF design award 2021 and the bronze medal at the World Trophy 2021.
