Tasting Notes: Immediate, decidedly 'nature' as highlighted by its iridescent straw yellow colour, ready to amaze with its soft foam and innate dynamism which makes it long and continuous persistence. On the nose it has good and fine intensity, with light hints of apple and bread crust. Equally delicate in flavour, citrus and pear tones, creamy in its deep vinosity, certainly refreshing, reinforced by the well-blended carbon dioxide, to make it really easy to drink.

Pairings: Stimulates color combinations with the visual aspect of the dishes on the table, enhancing the most delicious range of fish dishes throughout the meal, relaunching the flavors of fragrant fried foods, continuing with the intrinsic peculiarities of roast beef or poultry, towards some cheese hard dough, or special vanilla desserts. It goes without saying that it is always special for joyful toasts.

The Cellar: The Letrari family has roots in the very history of Trentino wine. Active in the area as early as 1647, first as river raftsmen and then as shrewd agricultural innovators: it is thanks to Leonello Letrari that in the immediate post-war period the wines of the Dolomites acquired character and prestige beyond the regional borders.
