Tasting Notes: Golden in visual impact, to underline the character of an absolute protagonist among the Trentodocs, with fragrances ranging from bread crust to the vanilla tones of white chocolate, as well as hints of aromatic herbs. The taste is slightly smoky, with hints of coffee, with hints of Golden apple and the citrus of mandarin. Fresh and lively par excellence, full and with a solid structure, absolutely fine and persistent in the fine perlage. The Zero Dosage processing makes it frank and clean in its complexity with a good acidic streak.
