The Blason d'Aussières is a Corbiéres Rouge that comes from the union of different vines that have reached perfectly ripe harvest. A bottle that expresses itself with a beautiful aromatic richness, and which is structured with a balance between freshness and body; it is made by the Domaines Barons de Rothschild within the Domaine d'Aussières, giving an elegant and particularly inviting sip during the entire tasting phase.

Tasting Notes: It presents itself to the eye with a dark red color, with a particular intensity. Open on the nose, where notes of clove and more fruity hints are perceived. It enters the mouth with a linear, fresh sip, which slowly reveals the power of this wine; the tannins are juicy and integrate perfectly into the general structure of the wine.

The Cellar: The Rothschild family's winemaking tradition dates back to the second half of the 19th century, when James de Rothschild purchased the famous Château Lafite. However, it was in 1973 that, after more than a century of family history connected to the world of wine, James' great-grandson, Baron Edmond de Rothschild, strengthened the company properties, acquiring two "Crus Bourgeois" in Listrac and Moulis en Médoc: Château Clarke and Château Malmaison.
