The Cooperative: The Wild Cherries were founded in 2011, in the province of Cuneo. The Cooperative's objective is the employment of disabled people in the agricultural field, facilitating their socialisation, learning abilities, and the development of skills, thereby favouring social cohesion and improving their quality of life. The spaces consist of a mountain plot at an altitude of 1800 m, about 14 hectares in the municipality of Canosio, used for the cultivation of genepy, edelweiss and various medicinal herbs. A hilly plot of about 4 hectares in the municipality of Manta, used for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables; workshop with processing of agricultural products in Verzuolo.
