Cognac Tres Vieux Grande Champagne Reserve Familiale - Jean Fillioux
The limited quantities in which it is produced make it even more precious. Aged for over fifty years in French oak barrels, it lends this spirit incredible complexity, a balanced and sensual progression from fragrance to fragrance, from aroma to aroma, from spices to tobacco, then toasted chocolate and notes of honey. A perfect sip for meditation and a journey through these incredible aromas.

Tasting Notes: Bright, deep amber in color. The aromas on the nose are highly complex and structured: hints of dried fruit, candied berries, and toasted aromas of blond tobacco and chocolate. On the palate, it is soft, sensual, and incredibly elegant. The finish is long, with hints of honey and spice. It harmoniously combines vanilla notes with the aromas released by the American oak.
The Distillery: In the heart of Grande Champagne, in the municipality of Juillac-le-Coq, lies the Domaine de la Pouyade, owned by the Fillioux family since 1894. Grande Champagne is the most central of the six crus of the Cognac AOC; favored by its geographical location, mild climate, and unique soil composition, it produces the appellation's most prized cognacs: highly refined, full-bodied, and smooth, with a rich bouquet and exceptional aptitude for aging. Thanks to the strategic location of the vineyards, the cognacs from the Jean Fillioux winery are of exceptional quality and are distinguished by their freshness, elegance, complexity, aromatic persistence, and potency. The Domaine combines tradition and passion, ensuring a cultured and discerning clientele the pleasure of tasting unparalleled cognacs, conceived and crafted with truly exemplary craftsmanship.
