Chateauneuf du Pape Croix de Bois AOC Biodynamic Agriculture - M. Chapoutier
Croix de Bois is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine made from vineyards planted on soils typical of the appellation, composed of rolled quartzite pebbles and red sandy clay. The grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously selected before vinification in closed concrete vats. Aged in vats for 16 months.
