Chateauneuf du Pape Bio AOC Biodynamic Agriculture - M Chapoutier
Chapoutier's Châteauneuf-du-Pape Collection Bio is made in Drome, in the Rhône Valley, from Grenache grapes grown according to strict biodynamic farming methods on soil rich in pebbles and sandy red clay. It is vinified in concrete vats for approximately four weeks and fermented at a controlled temperature. This wine is aged in vats and large wooden barrels for approximately 18 months.
