The Farmhouse: Cassis Alpes d'OC was born in Morinesio, a historic Alpine microvillage nestled on the sunny slopes of the Cottian Alps, in the Maira valley, an area known and loved for its great historical-landscape value and its undisputed natural integrity. The cultivation environment is strictly organic: absence of roads, farms, urban settlements; fairytale context, spectacular, unrepeatable. Ribes nigrum berries are patiently harvested by hand and selected before their transformation according to an ancient monastic recipe. These almost exclusive prerogatives make Cassis Alpes d'OC unique and inimitable.
