Fan Biscuits - The Wandering Voices Convicts

 The cookies were created as a job opportunity for inmates at the Saluzzo Prison. They are prepared with the desire for redemption and to learn a trade for future social reintegration. The cookies are the fruit of the labor of Antonio, Carmine, Enzo, Toni, and Vincenzo, who, along with Lorenza, revive traditional recipes and showcase local ingredients.

 Allergens: Produced in a laboratory that also uses other tree nuts.

 The Cooperative: I Galeotti Di Voci Erranti run a biscuit factory inside the Saluzzo Prison, offering training and employment opportunities to inmates. Inmates involved in the project have the opportunity to learn a trade, prepare for future social reintegration, and promote an economy that cares about people and relationships. The Galeotti biscuits are bridges between the prison environment and the outside world, the result of a process in which, through work, individuals can regain their dignity. Made with local ingredients from the Saluzzo area, they have the flavor of homemade biscuits and the fragrance of freedom.
