Tasting Notes: The wine has a light garnet color, with violet reflections, while its aroma is delicate, sweet and aromatic: it recalls hints of ripe fruit, such as plum and apple and of fresh flowers, such as violets and roses. On the palate it is sweet, delicate, accompanied by a fine and resistant perlage.

Pairings: It pairs well with desserts and goes perfectly with fruit, such as strawberries or Canalesi peaches.

The Cellar: A story that begins in 1862 in Canale. The origins of the Rabino family date back to the Middle Ages, the settlement in the Roero, in the same lands that are still owned by the family today, followed their removal from the Alta Langa due to the frequent barbarian incursions. Wine production began in the mid-19th century with a small production reserved for family and friends: a passion that still did not represent a profit. Luigi Rabino, grandfather of the current owner and subsequent descendants, will then market the wines. Already during the period preceding the world wars, many of the varieties still produced were bottled. Sharing, overcoming difficult historical moments of the 20th century and increased demand have made the company today a Roero reality with diversified and almost fully self-sustainable production.
