Barbera D'Alba Superiore DOC - Molino
Like the Barbaresco Ausario it comes from the Ausario hill in the municipality of Treiso. The plot, located in an east-south position, has been cultivated since the 1950s. The dry soil, the accentuated slope and the clayey nature are decisive for grapes that best express themselves in the wine. Barbera d'Alba Ausario is the optimal example of great balance between acidity and vinous flavour, thanks also to a late harvest.
