Barbaresco Teorema DOCG - Molino

Barbaresco Teorema DOCG - Molino

Two aspects of the same soul: this is how the Barbaresco Teorema was born. Obtained from the blend of two Nebbiolos, coming from the vines located in Treiso and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio (Fraction of Alba), it is the result of the meeting between tradition and modernity. One part matures in barrique for 16 months, the other in 20 hl barrels for 18 months. The result is a wine that presents original elements, a perfect combination of quality and longevity.

Tasting Notes: In the glass it develops a ruby red color with very intense garnet reflections. Delicate and elegant perfume, with notes of red fruit and dried flowers such as violets and roses. You can feel notes of freshness given by eucalyptus and mint. The two refinements in wood give a full-bodied and velvety taste, also thanks to the sweet tannins which give a spicy finish.

Pairings: Excellent with red meats and mature cheeses. Over time it is perfect as a conversation wine.

The Cellar: Agricola Molino was founded in 1991, when Virginio Molino purchased a small piece of land in Treiso and a wine-making room together with his children. Passion and entrepreneurial ability mean that today the company extends over 16 hectares and produces wines that are increasingly appreciated on national and international markets: Barbaresco, Barbera d'Asti, Barbera d'Alba, Moscato d'Asti, Langhe Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo , Langhe Chardonnay, Dolcetto d'Alba, Piemonte Rosso. Furthermore, the company also produces excellent grappas.
