Barbaresco Sori Tildin DOCG - Gaja
Barbaresco Sorì Tildin is crafted by Gaja winery from pure grapes of Piedmont's quintessential red grape, Nebbiolo. The grapes are grown with great care and respect, selecting only the finest bunches to ensure the best possible results. Once harvested and vinified, they undergo a double aging process, first for 12 months in barriques, and then for another year in large barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, tending toward garnet at the base. The nose is dominated by concentrated and enveloping sensations, which, from a world of balsamic and spicy notes, evolve into a complex of beautifully presented fruity aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied, full-bodied, and rounded, with a pleasant freshness and finely integrated tannins; it closes with an almost eternal, truly persistent finish.
Pairings: An excellent sipping wine, it pairs perfectly with game dishes, meat stews, quail, and roast guinea fowl. It's particularly suited to pairing bold, bold dishes, and is the perfect pairing with truffle-based dishes.
