Erbalatte is the first milk certified by Symbiotic Agriculture. The analyzes conducted by the Universities of Turin and Pisa demonstrate that the symbiotic agricultural diet of the Friesians has improved the parameters of the milk, enriching it with vitamin A, vitamin E and proteins which are fundamental for the well-being of our organism. Healthy, sweet and with a full flavor that preserves the true flavor of milk. Without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and pesticides on the lawns, no GMOs, no corn silage.

The Company: In the polyphytic meadows there is a mix of forage varieties, so as to recreate the biodiversity of natural pastures, bringing back the bees. Symbiotic Agriculture is based on enhancing the bond that exists in nature between soil, animals and man. Producing symbiotic milk means restoring a balance that guarantees sustainable and good production, not only for humans. Production is circular: nothing is lost and everything is transformed. The animal waste collected from the stable is not waste but rather constitutes a precious resource for us, which is fermented in a biogas plant and which transforms it into a natural fertilizer, ready to be used in the fields and meadows. The biogas released during the process, rather than being naturally dispersed into the atmosphere, is channeled and transformed into renewable electricity. And the cycle starts again. The cows are monitored in real time, thanks to an earring that detects their daily activities (number of steps, rumination, rest) and state of health.
