German Helles Beer Keg - Alba Brewery

 A bottom-fermented, golden-colored Helles-style beer. It's brewed with a single malt, which gives it a rich flavor, and a single hop, whose intensity is evident in both the bitterness and aroma. Its elegance is expressed through a very clean taste and extremely drinkable character.

 The Brewery: Our beers are crafted according to artisanal principles. Each recipe is carefully selected, prioritizing local, locally sourced produce. Each beer retains the full body and substance of the ingredients used, as neither mechanical filtration nor pasteurization is used. The clarity of the product is achieved through the natural precipitation of yeast and heavy particles during the fermentation process. Secondary fermentation in the bottle naturally develops the beer's carbonation. The Brewery is located on a hill at the foot of the majestic Guarene Castle, in a wing of the ancient "Cascina del Conte," a highly evocative courtyard structure dating back to the 1700s, characterized by majestic brick vaults that house the brewery's production facilities. From the outside, you can admire the Roero on the northern side with its large cultivated fields, vineyards, fortresses and woods, while on the opposite side the deep valley of the Tanaro river beyond which the rugged Langhe rise.
