Pairings: Excellent with dry pastries and red fruit desserts and, in general, with all recipes that include the use of dark chocolate. A delicious pairing with blue cheeses or foie gras.
 
The Cellar: The Letrari family has roots in the very history of Trentino wine. Active in the area as early as 1647, first as river raftsmen and then as shrewd agricultural innovators: it is thanks to Leonello Letrari that in the immediate post-war period the wines of the Dolomites acquired character and prestige beyond the regional borders.
