Tasting Notes: Intense red color with purple reflections; bouquet with strong hints of red fruit. On the palate it is enveloping, full-bodied, balanced, persistent in the mouth and sometimes slightly savory. Evolution occurs over 6 years.
Pairings: Excellent with all red and white meats. Perfect with game and full-bodied first courses.
The Cooperative: The Wild Cherries was born in 2011, in the province of Cuneo. The objective of the Cooperative is the employment of disabled people in the agricultural field, facilitating their socialization, learning abilities, skill development and thus promoting social cohesion and improving the quality of life. The Spaces are made up of a mountain plot at 1800 m above sea level, of approximately 14 hectares in the municipality of Canosio, used for the cultivation of genepy, edelweiss and various medicinal herbs. A hilly plot of approximately 4 hectares in the municipality of Manta, used for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables; laboratory with transformation of agricultural products in Verzuolo.
