 Launched in 2000 by Marie-Claude Delahaye and George Rowley , La Fée Parisian 68 is an authentic French absinthe, made with Artemisia absinthium and a selection of aromatic herbs. It is the only absinthe to receive the approval of the prestigious Musée de l'Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise and was awarded the Gold Medal by the ITV Chicago in 2007 , a testament to its superior quality.
